An onboarding experience sets you up for success

Welcome aboard to our restaurant team! We're thrilled to have you join us and want to ensure your onboarding experience sets you up for success. Here's what you can expect:

Warm Welcome and Introduction: You'll be warmly greeted by our team upon arrival. We'll introduce you to everyone and give you a tour of the restaurant so you can familiarise yourself with the layout and meet your colleagues.

Training Plan: We have a structured training plan in place to help you learn the ropes. You'll receive detailed training on your specific role, as well as essential food safety protocols to ensure we maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

Menu Knowledge and POS Training: You'll get to know our menu inside out, including ingredients and special dietary considerations. We'll also provide training on our point-of-sale (POS) system so you can efficiently process orders and payments.

Customer Service Skills: We'll focus on honing your customer service skills, covering effective communication, active listening, and handling any customer queries or issues with professionalism and courtesy.

Feedback and Follow-up: Throughout your onboarding journey, we'll schedule regular check-ins to provide feedback, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you're feeling confident in your role. We're here to support you every step of the way.
