As a Front of House Team Member, you&#39;re a natural when it comes to making people feel welcome and comfortable. You can read each customer. If there&#39;s someone with their head in their laptop just wanting a quiet coffee, or a group birthday celebration here for cocktails, tapas and good times, you can effortlessly adapt your style and approach for each. You&#39;ll work with management and the entire team, delivering 14 great shifts to make sure that every customer leaves happy. Which they tend to do.
